Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire
I started a gallery on my Facebook page with photos of my hometown of Scunthorpe. I've added photos from the wider North Lincolnshire area to those of Scunthorpe and here you can see what the area has to offer. Some rural and some urban - the area has a lot to offer the photographer.....
Sailing on the river
The River Trent cuts through the area on its journey north to join the Ouse to form the River Humber. This part of the Trent is wide and tidal - allowing larger ships to travel inland to Gunness Wharf seen here in the photo.
